Keller Williams agents are coached to be branded and it necessarily follows that the team leader will model those principles. Through our working partnership with ‘Arranging Pixels’ and ‘email Stationery’ the market centers website and the team leaders eAgency site will be redesigned to show the market centers brand and this will follow through in all communications including facebook fan pages. The team leader of a market center is the influential attractor who will determine the growth of the market center by their communication style and manner. It is important that all communications by the team leader and staff are consistent and have a recognition by branding the team leader. The goal is to make them a celebrity in the market place and one of the ways to do this is the creation of an image portrayed through websites and e mail communications. This enhances the consistency of the message and portrays the leader and the market center as something which is unique.

Market Center Branding
The market center needs a website that is consistent with the style of the team leaders image. This is the opportunity to showcase your value proposition and the reasons why an agent would join the team. The website is an invite to the real estate community to investigate you further and to see what you have that is different from their current broker.
 
Database Management
Your database is your business, it requires growth, cultivation and communication. After consultation with our team, your master database will be created and protected. It will then be loaded into eEdge and/or whichever contact management system you wish to use. The database will then be amended as directed and kept current. Communications with recruits and incumbent agents Your communication with your database will be managed, you may wish to use the eEdge 33 touch campaigns for leadership or you may wish to design a different approach. The communications will be managed and all communications are sent as if they come from you personally with your brand and style.

Have you ever met someone on the street or at an open house and decided to send them a card or gift? Now we make it as easy as taking a quick photo of the business card and texting or e mailing it to us. We will have already set up your profile and coded your card or gift choices. You will be able to order in seconds a gift or card will then be sent to their business address or home if preferred. They will receive a handwritten card or gift note with your message and name sent immediately to them by the USPS. You can even design your own cards depicting your ‘brand’.
